The DBG Organic Fertilizer

The DBG Organic Fertilizer (Dry & Liq.) are produced from wood chips waste and  leonardite which are 100% organic matter. These material are rich source of humic-fulvic acid and is used as a soil conditioner as a stabilizer for ion-exchange and accelerate microbial action.

 Our production method:

Is based on the alkaline extraction of organic substances (humic and fulvic acid) from the raw material. In this product recovery procedure, humic and fulvic acids extracted and leaving a solid residue formed by humin and inorganic matter. Acidification of the alkaline extract were used to promote the precipitation of the humic acids, leaving fulvic acids in solution. This procedure leads to the separation of organic matter into fractions that are mixtures of compounds with similar chemical Characteristic.

Raw material characteristic:

Our raw materials including two items:

  1. Wood chips waste from wood factories
  2. Leonardite extracted from mines and transport to our factory

The mentioned raw materials are mixed directly in the pool reactor without any cleaning, with water and KOH ( potassium hydroxide) with specific ratio, and by applying circulation and temperature, the alkaline extraction operation of organic materials will be done from non-organic sector.

Our production:

Liquid products are produced by alkali extraction of organic part(humic and fulvic acid) , from non-organic soluble of raw material (leonardite and wood chips waste) in water and potassium hydroxide, and solid products and particles with high percentage of 50% of humic acid, are produced by spraying liquid products with hot air in a spy dryer.
